Driver's Permit

Please see Natalie Noeske (noeske.natalie@fcboe.org) in the front office to obtain a Certificate of Enrollment. The fee is $2.00.

If you took Health at McIntosh High School and passed the ADAP (Alcohol and Drug Awareness Program), Mrs. Noeske will print your certificate. 

If you took Health in another state or did not complete the ADAP, please access the online course using this LINK.

Print a copy of the certificate.
