Driver's Permit

Please come to the front office to obtain a Certificate of Enrollment. The fee is $2.00.

If you took Health at McIntosh High School and passed the ADAP (Alcohol and Drug Awareness Program), the front office will print your certificate. 

If you took Health in another state or did not complete the ADAP, please access the online course using this LINK.
